Voicemail pin

Hello,I am unable to access voicemail.Pin was set to default by O2 to rectify this.Have a new sim too.When asked to enter a new pin I am told incorrect and hangs up. Mike.

As it sounds like an account issue, only cs can help further I'm afraid mate.

I guess they didn't reset it then.
Call them again.

Not sure if this still works, but:

 

Text: “reset” or “RESET” to 802901.

 You will then receive a text back which has a random 5 digit number. Then dial 901 – where you will be asked to enter the random 5 digit number from the text.

You'll then be asked to enter a new PIN. Anything between 4 and 10 digits can be used except for 8705.

Have turned voicemail off,then on.Message says pin is set to default,enter new 4 to 10 letter pin followed by hash.Always says incorrect.
