See help here Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks bit this does not give me the answer. The number it says to call can only be accessed when in UK. When I try the other number for abroad it tells me I can't use it?

You call your number then I think press * or # which takes you to voicemail but will need a pin set up.

@Vics

If you're in a country where 901 doesn't work, your only option is to call your own number and use the remote access features as in the guide, however, this only works if you have set up a voicemail pin previously.

If not, you will be unable to access any messages until you are back in a country where 901 will work.
