Solved: Unlocking phone

I have seen a lot of others are going through this. I need my samsung s5 unlocked and it seems like my message isnt being heard. Can someone tag the girl who is helping a lot of people out over this please? I would private message her but im not sure how to do that

The Guru Ninja is certainly working overtime on this. Wouldn't you think that with so many having problems. O2 would train a team to sort thhis once and for all. At the moment I wouldn't pay the IT guys n washers!
