hello,

I am in the process of unlocking my handset to continue using it with a different provide. But it seems I have put the wrong code in too many times when trying to unlock my handset and now believe I need an Unfreeze (MCK) Code instead.

Is someone able to help me access this?

so tried 02 and Samsung and neither will help! one says it should be to other to provide the code.

Or you can pay £15+ to get the code from some online services! but why should I pay to unlock a phone that is mine I wonder?

why would I have to pay to ubnlock a phone that I own?

It is not the money it is the principle. I have renewed the contract with O2, I have a new phone and I own the old phone, who is managing these codes? O2 or the manufacturer?
