Good morning,

I have recently moved from iPhone to Samsung S20, and my Whatsapp conversations haven't transferred. I have backed up the whatsapps on the iPhone and used Smart Switch with no results. I've seen that there are programmes I can download online using a laptop but as I haven't changed sim cards I can't have both phones on whatsapp at the same time. I've also saved conversations to iCloud, and then moved them to Google drive and tried to download them onto my new phone that way but that hasn't worked either, and would be a very lengthly process!

Any advice appreciated!
