Is it possible to transfer my wifes PAYGO account from Orange to my account with yourselves and ensure she keeps the same mobile number.

Yes, she needs to get her PAC from Orange Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] then give it to O2 when she has her new O2 SIM card https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number
