I'm trying to swap over my SIM to a Nexus 5 but every time I try to do so, as soon as I press the submit button, the number changes and I don't know why.
Does anyone know what I can do or is there anyone I can contact that is live at the moment in order to get it sorted out?
I'm going away tomorrow morning and I would really like to be able to acutally use my phone.

You've left it a bit late, you could try here:
or get to an O2 shop if you're in the UK tomorrow, or pick up a sim adapter from any phone shop.
