I have an HTC one X 12 months old, When away from the home Wi fi signal I struggle to get on the internet, Even with 5 Bars showing, No internet, When it says "Bt openzone" excellent signal still no internet and wont connect , Switch off Wi fi and I can get on net but very very slow, Any ideas would be helpful, So disapointed with this phone,

have you got 3g turned on & iis your area 3g enabled, do you have the right apn setting, mobile.o2.co.uk

You have to log in to the public wifi hotspots through your web browser but you can only use those listed in the o2 directory.

tried that, says i got excellent signal strength but try and open browser says "cant connect" got Bt wifi app on phone, says cant search for w ifi without internet connection ! I got O2 mobile settings on phone, sometimes get 3G on top line sometimes just G,
