Stolen phone

Hi I had my phone stolen today, reported it to the police on the street and recieved a crime number. The phone was from a catalogue. I just have the 02 SIM contract which is being replaced. How do I get the IMEI blocked? Every search i do says contact your service provider but the phone doesn't have one.

Any ideas? ( I've added it to immobilise)
