As has been advised before, send your phone back to Samsung for repair under the warranty. Deal with Samsung directly (rather than taking the phone back to the store you bought it from), as you'll avoid the middleman and will get the repair/replacement sorted much quicker.
If Samsung are anything like Apple, they'll just replace the phone. Your old phone would then be repaired and put back into the replacement programme to be given to someone else. However, there are no guarantees that they'll replace it, and you might just end up with your old phone back with a new button and the same scratched screen

Almost certain to be a repair for such a small issue.

I could probably repair it myself (yeah me)
I would just use a toothpick to free it up.....(It works when I have a 'sticky' button on my laptop keyboard)

Apple customer service is second to none but back in the real world....
Pay over the odds for technology 2 years out of date then you should expect a little customer care!
