I got samsung s5 in March and within one month, it overheated and went off and wouldn't go back on, it was sent away which took two weeks, I got a new phone, which within few weeks same problem has arisen, I called o2 who said oh you got ur own phone back, you didn't get new phone, it's costing me money to travel to shop to get it sent away and I'm extremely hacked off

Seems to be a common problem with the S5....

I would get Samsung to look at it? http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/

You can confirm if it was your original phone by checking the IMEI number.

Send it to samsung, http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/supportcentres/ there might be a local store near you.

I wouldn't let O2 repairers touch a toy phone nevermind a real phone after my experience with them.

I gave you the link to Samsung. They have a far quicker and vastly superior repair service....My samsung would never be sent back to O2 repairers.
