For a long time I have been on o2 talkalot. I urgraded my phone and sim to 4 g. I also changed to big bundles 10. Problem is I cant get 4g. I have had a few "chats" online but I keep getting logged out after a while.I still had a few pounds credit left on my old tariff when I updated. Even though my big bundle is working my old payg balance is still showing. I have tried another o2 sim and the 4g symbol appears/

You need to call customer service and get 4G enabled on your account. Please don't use live chat for this.

Your old balance is still showing because it would have been transferred to the new sim card.
