Samsung galaxy Ace suddenly not receiving or sending texts

Hi,can anyone help, phone working fine earlier in day now not receiving or sending texts.i can still ring out and receive calls.No settings have been changed,tried shutting phone down and all obvious things.

I can send text,and make calls, but cannot receive texts or calls. I have tried restarting to. A trip to local shop tomorrow I think. sorry I cant help but Thought i`d let you know others are having problems too.

I'm in Manchester but my next door neighbour has no problem. It depends which customer base you are on.

I'm experiencing problems with receiving texts and calls, but I can call and send texts myself.. really weird.. does anyone know when this is gonna end?
