The Oreo update is now being rolled out in Germany, Poland and India.

Does O2 have a release date yet?

Did your Note 8 come directly from O2 - store/online/phone, or was it via a partner or 3rd party like Carphone Warehouse?

I ask because I too have a Note 8 and I got my Oreo update yesterday morning - so it's definitely available and rolling out.

Could people who have updated their O2 S8 with OTA Oreo (in last day or so) post the firmware code for the update?

I'm trying to confirm whether we're receiving the Feb or March 2018 Samsung firmware (http://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G950F/000058170702/eng.html)

Thanks,

Gary

Yeah, the network makes no difference. It’s controlled by the phone firmware.

answered my own question lol

took the plunge - after the OTA download (just over 1GB), the firmware version ends in CRC7 i.e. the latest that samsung appears to have released.

Good job O2 on releasing the latest build.
