I just upgraded a few days ago to the Samsung Galaxy s6. I love it however I have one problem. I use speaker a lot during calls to go hands free. Whenever I put a call on speaker I can hear them fine but the other person cannot hear me very well. It just keeps breaking up for them. So now I am unable to use the speaker!
Is this a common problem. What is the policy regarding returning the phone? Would it be sent for repair or would I get a new one?

It's certainly not a common problem.
As for vreturns, within the first 14 days it's not a problem but outside that O2 will want to send it for repair. How long have you had the phone?

I got it on Thursday. So you think it's faulty? I actullay got an discount on my upgrade when I haggled via live chat. The phone looked new but could it have been a refurb?
I'll message them now about this fault.

Thanks guys. It's fine without speaker. I tied rinnging someone else and they say it's not too bad at all. Maybe it is the volume. Does what I have the volume set at effect the person I am calling? I have it set as high as it will go.

No blockage I can see.

Volume will make no difference to the receiver, it's the volume on their phone that matters to them.
