@DaveLockeWhite O2 sell the watch you've enquired about. Why would you think they would sell it if it wasn't compatible with the O2 network?

It will work as a connected device to your phone and mirror the functions when in range of your phone, but if you are talking about eSim compatibility, then no, it won't as O2 only support Apple watch for eSim.
