S7 and smart switch

I wondered if anyone can help. I Used the galaxy smart switch....much better then kies too. It's transferred everything however my text messages show the latest messages and date etc and the beginning of the text but when you click on the messages there isn't anything there. Any ideas?

The thing is you have 28 days to return a faulty phone. If you try everything advised and you are still having problems then there is no other option. I know you have said you can't be without a phone but surely that's better than being stuck with a faulty phone for 2 years?

@Anonymous appears to be having a few problems with this new phone @MI5? With this and camera failing. Probably should think about a swap?

It may all be connected with the back up file and some corruption somewhere.
If you still have your old phone I would do another complete back up then factory reset the S7 before restoring the new back up again.

Or...looking at that ^^^^^ and if it was me.......just swap it out......
