Could be a faulty sim you have then.

Have you rebooted the phone?

If its been over 24 hours you need to call customer service or do the sim swap again if you don't get connection after a reboot. Has the old sim lost service?

Hi there,

Is this an upgrade or a new contract? Where did you do the sim swap? Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone?

I'd be inclined to agree with @MI5 & ask Instore for a new SIM card & they will perform the sim swap for you

Certainly try another sim. It's obvious @Anonymous is not a novice at sim swapping...

It might be the same problem as was found on this thread - http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/galaxy-s7/m-p/955772#M80042 - where there is an issue with the tariff.

Edit - check message 58 for details...
