S5 neo unusable after update

Anonymous
Not applicable
My S5 neo was awesome. Fast, slick, could run any app I threw at it. Then the Samsung update came along touting new security updates so I duly updated. Now it is so laggy it's nigh on unusable. I can't answer calls quick enough. Changing home screens takes at least 5 seconds. I can't go back to previous android so what can I do? It is only 6 months on to a 2 year contract.

Thanks @mi5. It worked. Wasn't as much hassle as I feared to back everything up and reinstall as it does most things for you. Phone is back to how it was.

Pleased to hear that mate.
It's always advisable after a major software update.
