S5 grey box on photos?

Anonymous

I got my new S5 on Monday and when I take a photo it looks fine to start, then a grey box appears and covers most of the photo. Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't read the link again, but didn't some say they had saved to phone memory anyway?

Don't leave it too long as you need to be within your 14 day window for an exchange phone.....

It does appear to be either internal and sd. Don't wait on it, swap it out.

So... just to update. Heard no more about the door swap to exchange the phone. Just spoke to someone on the online live chat, who said the phone was out of stock, but now back in. They are sending out a new one for me, BUT it's just the phone on it's own. So I keep the original box with charger etc and swap the phone only. Does this sound right? How do I know it's a brand new one and not refurbished if it's not boxed and sealed up???? Should I ring up and speak to someone?
