HI, can any one help solve my problem, i can not send or recive media messages. they wont down load and open or send. i have gone through all my settings and cant find anything that would affect it,,driving me mad, i have to get things emailled instead of text.

Try sending ACTIVE to 2020

 

Have they ever worked if not it may not be set up on your account and you may need to call o2 to get it switched on

MMS is dead, old tech. Email and whatsapp are the future.

There wouldn't be over 100 million whatsapp users if it were just my opinion. When will people get a grip with the 21st century. Its about time networks dropped mms completely - causes more trouble than its worth wink

I had never heard of whatsapp until I saw this thread. I have just had a look at it. I don't really use MMS, but I do use SMS and email a lot! What is the advantage of whatsapp over email? Or isn't there one?
