Why my roaming isn't working in poland ?

You may have a roaming bar on your account so contact customer services to check Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

In the meantime, try a manual network selection of a different network.

Always the best bet but O2 should work fine in Poland. There will be either a roaming bar on the phone or the settings are wrong. Good luck anyway and enjoy your time in Poland smiling

I call customer service and they say it should work. But it's still not working. Never again o2

Did you ask them to check for roaming bars and you are using Android, yes? 

Have you rebooted the phone since if they made any account changes?
