Hi All,
My HTC 0ne M9 had a fault with the heahpone jack working intermitantly but I bared with it, then the screen packed in as well. After speaking to o2 I returned it for repair. After a few days i contacted them and I was told the repair had been covered under warranty and had a new screen, vibration motor and headphone jack fitted all under warranty.I then received teh phone back a few days later with a letter stating no repairs had been carried out and it had "possible" water damage. Do I have any comeback with this as I was expecting a working phone returned now have to forl out for a new one. I have asked for a full engineers report and pictures of any water damage as it hasnt been submerged in water and has been well taken care of

Anovo are a joke. ;-0
You are better dealing with HTC direct. They rooted mine, accused me of doing that and then refused to process a repair. Utter cowboys.

Only proof I have was a chat transcript telling me that all parts had been replaced under warranty, specifically asked if the headphone socket had been fixed as it had been bugging me for a while and was told all parts had been replaced as "o2 doesn't carry out partial repairs". Then two days later it came through my door un-repaired with a letter. I will send a letter of complaint to o2 about it and will send the phone off to HTC for a 2nd opinion, poor service to be honest and doubt any of this will be sorted till mid January

If you have that chat transcript this will be your basis for making a complaint. There is no doubt you have been lied to.....(make a few copies of the chat) http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

It beggars belief that someone has openly lied to you without actually checking the jobsheet....
