I am unable to checkout for a new phone as a code is required to verify my account; the code is sent to my current phone which is broken. Any ideas how to get around this?

@Clare10 Do you have another phone you could transfer your sim card into? If not, you'll have to use Skype to call customer service in the morning Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support. Also remember that the O2 shops in England reopen tomorrow, if you have one nearby.
