I've had a voicemail notification for about two years and when I click on it it send me to mobile credit top up I want to know if it is sent by my provider or by someone else and I need credit to listen to it

Voicemail is included on all tariffs except some of the old PAYG legacy tariffs.
If it's 2 years old, I would just forget it or top up to listen to it.
