Hi
I'm getting a "phone is not personalised" message when attempting to unlock my phone. The only option is dismiss.
Does anyone have a fix?

If you've tried both service provider lock and network lock then it usually means the phone isn't locked in the first place.

I have tried the service provider lock and am still waiting for the network unlock code, and i wasn't sure whether it was locked or not.
The only reason i believe it is locked is because i have tried 2 sky sim cards and both come up with "network locked" in my notifications bar.
