Hi, whenever I remove my sim card my phone deregisteres from the IMS meaning I'm unable to use VoLTE and wi-fi calling the only way to fix it is factory reset my device. I'm using a Note 10+ 5G with UK sim free firmware (BTU) and help would be appreciated

Turning on airplane mode then wifi should force the registration rather than having to factory reset each time.

Another thread here with the same issue and the workaround I mentioned https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/ims-registration/m-p/1292813/highlight/true#M176738

I suspect it's an issue with the way O2 wifi works.
