Hi all,

I recently lost my job on new years eve and I havent been able to pay 02 for Januarys bill until yesterday. It says it takes 2 hours to unblock the phone, but I made a payment yesterday at 1:30PM but still nothing, also my bank has been credited with taking a payment from 02 but on my 02 still says I have a bill. Can someone tell me what's going on? Lol

I've turned my phone off and on to see if that does anything nut nope

@Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum. No one here has access to account information. You will need to speak to customer service. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Either call them from a land line, or if you know someone else who has an O2 phone, use that. It sounds like the system probably hasn't updated yet. It may not update until after the weekend, but customer service will be able to tell you more.

Hi @Anonymous Despite the fact you paid your bill yesterday it will take longer than that to get service back. We are now into the weekend and I doubt anything will happen yet. I think you should contact customer services and speak to an advisor http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
