PIN PROBLEM

Hi guys

I have an unlocked samsung galaxy s2, new to 02, set up my pin but now when I try to enter it on a call for a voicemail it never lets me enter the letters just the numbers, I've tried holding the key down but that does nothing. What should I do?

The voicemail pin is a standard 4 digit pin and letters cannot be used. The default pin is 8705 which you are prompted to enter and then to change for a 4 digit pin of your choice. Letters cannot be used and shouldn't be confused with any other O2 passwords you have set up.

Hi there,

So I understand this correctly, this is a problem with your voicemail PIN..?  And when you first created it you were able to use letters..?  I've had a look at my S2 and cannot find a way to do the same.  So here's an idea... are you able to type this password using Memo, copy it, then paste into the PIN window..?
