Not receiving text messages

Hi,

My dad and I both have Samsung Galaxy S5s. I'm on O2 he has recently switched from Orange to EE. Both before and after he switched he couldn't receive texts from me - but I can receive them from him, and we can both call each other. Does anyone have any idea

a) which one of us as the problem - my texts never bounce back 'undelivered'

b) how to unblock or sort it out?

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

He needs to open his message app and go into settings. In there is a spam number list and I suspect he has accidentally added your number as spam.
He needs to remove the number from the list.
The o2 message centre numbers won't help him on EE.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
