Hi Please can someone help?? I recently updated my Samsung S3 to Jelly Bean and I can longer connect to O2 network. I have reset my phone to factory settings but still nothing

Yes the phone is unlocked. My partner has been using it on 3 for the past 8 months

Well if the three sim works in your phone then it would seem like a sim issue although you say it works in another phone faulty sim port maybe?

If the sim works in another phone, sounds like your phone is faulty.

Read an article from yesterday saying that the 4.3 update still causes loads of issues for Samsung phones.

Either wait for fixed update or speak to Samsung directly.

Your first step is to do a factory reset from recovery mode as per my instructions here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/How-To-Reset-your-Samsung-after-a-Firm... Come back after and let me know how it goes.
