Hi Please can someone help?? I recently updated my Samsung S3 to Jelly Bean and I can longer connect to O2 network. I have reset my phone to factory settings but still nothing

Ok, well that is all good. Have you had the phone from new?
Have any other firmwares been flashed to it manually at all ?

Yes had it from new. Havent done anything to it other than install the latest update and download some apps from play store

If it's always been an unlocked sim free phone you can flash the firmware again with Odin.
It looks like there is some corruption in your current firmware that a reset can't fix.....
