A bit strange that neither of the two sims are working. I wonder if the IMEI is blocked on the phone?
Either way... follow the advice given by jonsie to contact Customer Service.

When you say blocked do you mean you cant dial out or there isnt any service/network on the sim cards?
You are saying both sim cards are blocked, was it just a sim swap to use another phone with a different size sim, or did you loose your phone and now found it?
