My old sim is blocked. My new sim is blocked. I've had no service for 48 hours and still waiting. Bearing in my I'm actually paying 02 for this. If it's not resolved will be taking my business else where. Service had been terrible. Disappointed

Is this a replacement sim for a lost/stolen phone? If so you need to contact customer service to have the bars removed from your account.

A bit strange that neither of the two sims are working. I wonder if the IMEI is blocked on the phone?

Either way... follow the advice given by jonsie to contact Customer Service.

Hi @Anonymous

When you say blocked do you mean you cant dial out or there isnt any service/network on the sim cards?

You are saying both sim cards are blocked, was it just a sim swap to use another phone with a different size sim, or did you loose your phone and now found it?

My thoughts are that the account is barred. Hopefully the Op will come back...

Sounds like it. As jonsie said, a quick call to cs for removal of the bar will be what's needed.
