Network locked on automatic(can't switch to manual search)

Need some help,my galaxy s10e won't let me search network manually.Have factory reset,cleared the cache.It just seems weird,and messages and email taking forever to receive.Also noticed that I can't edit my o2 api,as it is greyed out.Here is a pic of what networks do come up.If I can manage to get a manual search.Thanks in advance for any help.
