Please advise why my network has been down since the 6th February 2013 which is now 7 days and when will it be up and running again?

You won't get an answer as to how long on here as it's just us customers, Check your postcode here: http://status.o2.co.uk/

 

If nothing is showing report it to O2.

O2 don't provide updates on unplanned outages, as there are many things that can affect how long it takes. They will update the status checker once its fixed.
