Network Unlock

Hi
Hope someone can help me with this. I've got a HTC one that i bought earlier this year on a new refresh account. I'm due to go abroad end of August and want to use it abroad. I've now filled in the online unlock request form twice and have not received a code to unlock the phone. I first requested this in May and then again in June and have not heard anything since.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I can get this sorted as I don't really fancy paying the high roaming charges whilst abroad.
Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated
Ash

Until the sequence is completed by O2 it won't accept another network SIM card. 😞

It's slipped through the net unfortunately. Hopefully it will be sorted now for you....
