Ive moved to australia and brought a new sim card and plan with an australian company, but when i put the new sim in it asks for a network PIN because its locked. What is the PIN

You need to contact customer service as the phone needs to be unlocked.

@Anonymous If you no longer have an O2 account, you may not be able to unlock your phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If it was previously an o2 contract Phone, you should enter the details of the contract account on the unlock form.
