NOTE 4 Lollipop?

Many of us users have been waiting for the new android update, do you have a time frame?

I have read it has begun rolling out in germany but still nothing here.

It depends on the carrier. But regardless, still quicker. Sprint now being rolled out.

Sprint is a US carrier which has completely different firmware.

Yes, thank you. I am aware. But as I mentioned before; regardless it is still other carriers getting the update out. It doesn't matter what the firmware is; it still shows that O2 is lagging.

Mine is direct from Samsung and not updated yet either - can't blame o2 for mine though !

The Note 4 for Sprint is different software to that in the UK.

NONE of the UK networks have released the Note 4 lollipop yet. This is not o2 lagging. Samsung will have a release programme.

Having got lollipop on my S4 devices yesterday it is clearly coming but if Samsung were to release to everyone at the same time there servers would go into meltdown.

It will be out when they are ready so patience continues to be a virtue.

It's also 5.02 that the note 4 will be getting in Europe.

I got the update last night on O2 UK and it is version 5.0.1

I have just received lollipop update on my Galaxy Note 4 this last week, with o2, at last its arrived

O2 released Lollipop for O2 branded handsets last week. Anyone with a Samsung direct phone (ie No O2 branding) is still waiting though.
Just posting this to avoid confusion for anyone else thinking they should have the update.....
