My upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have upgraded my Sony experia M2 to a Samsung galaxy S8. The sim in my old phone does not fit the new model so I ordered a new one with my phone.

Since I have put my new sim in my new phone the service hasn't switched over so I'm having to still use my old phone out and about to make calls as my new phone only works with WiFi and on the settings it says it's not got a phone number or service.

I applied for a sim swap and said was in process a few weeks now. Could anyone help me as I want my new phone to have service ASAP I'm not worried about the phone number carrying over I just want to be able to use the services ( free calls free texts 3GB of data) that I purchased with the phone. Thanks.

You can do 1 of 3 things.
Pop into your local store.
Call customer service from a landline or your old phone http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Submit a sim swap form again
