Lost phone abroad - need live chat!

Aah please help! This [Removed] website isn't letting me live chat with anyone and I need to get my sim card blocked after losing my phone in Guatemala the other day. I have been trying for days at different times (it is currently 2pm UK time) but the option to live chat never comes up. I searched what to do and the site says to call O2 insure and let them know, only I LOST MY PHONE so calling anyone is not an option. I just want to cancel my fragging sim card so that if someone else does have my phone right now they aren't racking up an enormous bill for me. Please tell me how to do this!!!!!

The only ways to do it are here, can you not borrow a phone or use a public call box somewhere?
