My O2 is included in my Virgin Media package
1. However, I cannot set a phone number for my O2 - on trying to login the system asks me if I want a message sent to an unknown phone number which I have no access to. The first step is that we need the phone number transferred. Once we have an accessible phone number then we will be able to receive messages there
2 Not sure why I have an O2 bill - its meant to be included
