Am I the only one that noticed that the second bill has not been issued?! It can take up to 28 days for the discount to be applied.
There is no way of telling for sure if it will be added or not until the second bill comes out...
And there's no proof the store advisor didn't do it...they can do it "manually" by sending the request to back office.
If you want to know if the change by webchat has been done go to Allowances in My O2 and check.

I did notice actually @Anonymous but only in post 11 where the op first mentioned it.
By then they had already said live chat had applied it (again seemingly) so I wasn't going to add anything else...:smileywink:
