My granddaughter has changed my language on my phone and I don't know how to change it back

Which phone do you use ?

If you google for the user manual for your make of phone you should find the manufacturers guide.

Try serttings >> my device >>Language and input >> Language >> Englsh

Not much use if it's set to Russian lol.
You'll have to try and navigate by looking at the menu symbols....
