Chris, That you for your reply. I still find it amazing that nobody from o2 will address the reason why they only had the KK 4.4.2 update from Samsung a few weeks ago when all other UK carriers had it in June and their customers not long afterwards.
Paul 1360 I can accept samsung will not put out anything further than 4.4 and thats fine I expect a 2 year cycle so note two is end of life 2 newer models
if you are like me its not that its now reached the limit of samsung upgrades its the failure by o2 to apply the current upgrade in a timely fashion and to try and blame samsung the phase of the moon and anything else that they can think of rather than themselves for their behaviour. 1st contract goes dec and on a rolling program the rest follow,only a small amount but every one who asks why I have changed will be told my Co is staying with its current provider and my personal accounts are following
I agree it's the lack of information and disinformation that gets me. Sorry we only just had it from samsung, ok we've sent it back to samsung to push out and that will be anytime now. Still waiting. We will check why we had it later than others, same reply from 4.2 and 4.3 updates and nothing happened like nothing will happen here. TBH I'm waiting to be told a problem has arisen My contract ends soon so it's bye bye from me also twit.
Went into an O2 shop today and they initially could not believe still not released they thought there had been a problem with not being able to write to sd card which was correct but that problem had been fixed ages ago
mind you EE have not got the Note 4 yet and were still offering the 2&3
