Hello. Today is the 7th day since I try to contact O2 and to complete the o line forms for keeping my old number, but no response and I still have my new number. Do you know what else can I do?

Eventually got through to customer services who say they have set it in motion.  Thank Goodness as I was I was on the point of cancelling.
