Question put to O2 on Twitter today. The reply is
"We are working with Samsung around the update to ensure it delivers the best user experience. Keep an eye on our feed"
So looks like it is coming but in days, weeks or months? Your guess is as good as mine.

More likely to be Never. Perhaps everyone should bombard O2 for their S2 network unlocking code so that they can upgrade their S2 with Orange's version of Jellybean which has now been out since the beginning of May. Does it really take O2 nearly 3 months more than Orange to load their bloatware onto Jellybean? Now the UK, thanks to O2 are behind Italy, France, Germany, Russia, Spain and even Slovenia in releasing Jellybean for the i9100P.No wonder the UK is no longer leading the world in technological advances. As the 02 network is also used by Tesco Mobile and GiffGaff they should be ashamed that they are so behind other networks in supporting the phones that they sell.

personally i can't wait till my contract is up and i can get off this bloody network. I have no 3g coverage were i work so no internet which was the whole point of having this phone. Think my contract will be up before we get this update anyway ( June next year btw )

I was previously running the standard O2 I9100 jellybean firmware and updated it to the I9100P O2 firmware. Has anyone else done this and noticed better battery performance? I could swear my battery doesnt drain as quickly now!
