Hi. Im not an O2 user but not sure how it happened, but my mobile has been blacklisted by O2 in August (just realised now as Sim tray2 only was Blacklisted). Im traveling abroad tomorrow and was given a sim card by my company and cannot use it now. I also tried my current sim card on tray2 and does not work.
I bought the phone new from Samsung and not used one. I have since 2021.
I have used O2 on this phone before as my previous company used O2 and used on tray2 but i left the company in 2021, this is my private phone (i have proof i bought from Samsung)
I used a IMEI checker to see why wasn't working and was confirmed that is locked to O2. How can this be unlocked immediately as im flying to the US tomorrow and i cannot use the tray 2.
