Hi @Anonymous have you checked your network settings to ensure data is enabled for Android devices?
You could try texting Active to 2020 save the settings that are sent back and reboot your phone. *(this may not work whilst abroad but worth a check) Other than that ...if it doesn't work, you need to contact O2 CS (number from abroad in this link) http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Try selecting a different network in the phone settings.
