Hey Guys,
I got the Oppo Find X2 Pro several weeks back, love the phone. At that time I had an O2 SIM and IIRC, WiFi calling and 4G calling worked perfectly. I then was using a BT Mobile SIM for a few weeks and again, all good.
However, I've just taken out a new O2 contract, SIM arrived today and I'm not getting any WiFi Calling or 4G calling functionality. In Settings > Sim card & mobile data > My SIM - there are no VoLTE or WiFi calling settings at all. I have restarted a few times, cleared cache, re-installed OS (no data loss thru recovery mode)
The only thing that has changed since I think it was working was a software update to CPH2025CPW_11_A.30 from A.2x but BT Mobile still worked fine.
Does something have to be pushed to the phone perhaps?
Cheers

I guess it;s not active on your new account.
You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Usually you need to allow 24 hours then reboot your phone, but keep trying every hour or so.
